How to Use

Place the sleep mat on your mattress or under a fitted sheet.

For best results, use no more than one natural-fabric layer (cotton or bamboo) between your skin and the mat.

In the event that the wall sockets are not Grounded you can purchase a Ground Rod or a Ground Rod with Extension Lead Kit.
