We would recommend first time Earthing product users to add a UK/EU Socket Tester to your order. Checking the socket is such an important step in the whole Earthing experience. If the sockets are not working properly the product will not work.

In the event that the wall sockets are not Grounded you can purchase a Ground Rod or a Ground Rod with Extension Lead Kit.

Instructions

The Patches can be applied to any part of the body for targeted relief. Or they can be applied to the palms of the hands or bottom of the feet as these are the most conductive point on the body.

Please ensure skin is clean and free of oils and moisturisers as this will create a barrier from Earthing.

Click the cord onto the Patch connection. Insert the end of your Coil Cord into the Plug. Ensure the patch is securely adhered to the skin.

Although they are sold as disposable, each patch can be re-used a few times if peeled off carefully and placed on some plastic. Additionally you can choose to remove the cord from the patch should you wish to be more mobile than the coil cord allows. 

For your safety, locate any connecting cord in such a way that it doesn’t cause a tripping hazard.
